Meet the Founders
Jennifer Ramos
Jennifer Ramos, born in Worcester, MA but raised in Miami, FL. She has specialized in medical billing and collections, rejection issues with claims, insurance verifications and bad debt collections for 16 years for hospitals, radiology, OB/GYN, Perinatology, Pediatrics and Cardiology.
However, holistic is her belief and because of that, she always knew that her lifestyle and business would reflect a holistic approach. Jennifer now uses her specialization with Acupuncturist, Chiropractors and therapy based providers.
In 2008, Jennifer became a LMT. While she was helping patients, she also received certifications in foot reflexology, prenatal massage, sports therapy, and more. She is also certified as a personal trainer since 2017. Jennifer also currently holds a certification for Chiropractic medical billing and is looking forward on continuing to obtain further certifications in the holistic medical billing field.
Prior to opening Providers Medical Billing, she was employed with different medical billing companies. Jennifer always noticed how they all lacked on the desire on helping out the providers, provide accurate medical billing services, while also helping them grow. This being one of the reasons why PMB was created; to make a change.

Yadira Martinez
Yadira Martinez is also one of the founders of Providers Medical Billing. Born and raised in Miami, FL, she received her AA from Miami-Dade College and was then accepted at FIU. Currently, majoring in a BA in Communications Arts. While attending FIU, Yadira was elected to be in the Academy of Leaders program. In 2017, she received her diploma in Leadership.
Yadira's first job landed in the medical field in 2010 as a billing associate that specialized in primary care, OB/GYN, and Podiatry. After 1 year of learning the roots of medical billing and collections, she joined a medical office as a receptionist. 2 years later, they promoted her as an assisting manager due to how she was able to succeed in practice growth - leaving them to open a 2nd location. After helping their practice grow, Yadira then joined a nationwide company that provides medical billing and collections for Perinatalogy. Within 5 years of being employed by them, she was able to work closely with the managers and had an amazing opportunity to conduct webinars and educate doctors offices on how to avoid errors for collection purposes. She was also able to master how to run reporting and conduct audits.

Although her focus was in modern medicine, Yadira's belief is holistic medicine... leading her to open a holistic business. With over 9 years of experience, her expertise in front end, medical billing, and practice growth, Yadira is able to help practices/providers grow in a variety of ways. She now focuses her specialty with Acupuncturist, Midwives and Chiropractors.
